Hey guys,

Do any of you own shortcourse models?, in my opinion buggys, truggys, monster trucks, and on road cars are all awesome in the own right, depending on what use your looking for.

But now this shortcourse is springing up all over the place and i have been looking closely at them just mostly on the internet and there sort of a mix of everything.

So just asking for some in-depth oppions if any of you own one.

I have an SC8.

One of the very few in the U.K. :P

It's a great truck, but handles completely different to a buggy or truggy or truck. It slides and drifts just the reak thing, and takes some getting used to. I bought it as a bash truck and its taken a huge battering. The engine is solid and the internal roll cage does its job well.

I love it, but would class it as an 'all rounder'. If you like the way a short-course handles then buy one.

Yeh mate the SLASH is classed as a shortcourse but thats electric, the SLAYER is a beast, but i mainly hear nothing but good about the SC8.

Due to finances getting tighter and tighter, i'm selling my SC8 roller
It has carbon centre diff plate and carbon radio tray, also has Hong Nor Big Bores on it, and I replaced the shock catridges and caps with new ones a few weeks ago, and will come with some spares.

I can either sell it with my "plod" shell on it, or i'll go halves on a new shell for it.

As is, i'll take £220 posted.
If you want a new clear shell, i'll order one and only ask another £20 as they are £40
If you want a licensed shell, i'll order one of your chosing but ask another £30 as they are £60.

I also have a GRP .21 tuned motor for sale and would include that in the sale for another £60.
All you would require is to add some radio gear and servo's.

As an incentive, if you take the SC8 roller and the GRP, i'll throw in a brand new hump pack free of charge.

It's the one on the left in this pic

Note - wheels on it in pic are not included as was lent some rx wheels to use with it, and will come with the unused set of SC8 wheels and tyres.
