Now I have my new Hong Nor X1X CRT truggy with the .28 engine, can I get a backplate an electric starter for it or a starter box any ideas?

Many thanks

Personally I would go for a starter box. Then you haven't got to worry about one way bearings.

Have a look here as well for a starter box.

You will also need to change your engine mounts.
Get the ones from a pro kit or a monoblock mount.
Both are lower than the pullstart mounts, to reach the starter box wheel.
Hope this helps?

Hi thanks for the infor guys,

So have I got to take the engine out and replace the engine mounts I thought some of the starter boxes were adjustable so I wouldn't have to do that?

Yes engine out & change the mounts.
Starter boxes are adjustable. The problem will be the flywheel is too high.
So the starter box rubber wheel will hit on the chassis.
